Strength & Technique - For dancers at any stage of their journey as well as non-dancers looking for a strength & agility focused workout.
This class will focus on building strength, reviewing technique, and understanding body mechanics to dance safely. We will begin on our mats with conditioning and core work, move through a technical warmup at center, and practice skill drills to increase body awareness in foundational dance moves. Stay after to stretch it out in slow flow with Tricia!
