Join Simon as he leads us through a mini chair workshop that will burn calories and tone your core with fun and spicy dance moves. Show off your best assets in and around this simple prop with a little choreography just in time for Valentine’s Day!
We will start with a warm-up and stretch, segue into basic dance technique, and finish with a sassy chair routine. Perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike! All fitness and experience levels welcome in our dance fitness classes!
