Ballet Stretch and Strength: All ages class

This class will take you through different stretch and strengthening exercises such as pilates and yoga, but with ballet catered techniques. Students of all ages, children and adults can enjoy a fun, ballet inspired stretch and strength class, being able to dance and break a sweat! 

Plie’s, developpe’s, and floor barre, are some of the techniques offered in the class, plus many more! The class will progress from general to more specific techniques, but all moves will be catered to young children and their parents, so that everyone can have a fun, but productive class! 

Maegan will also take you through simple exercises she does to stay in shape for her training. Fun music and dancing will, of course, be necessary! Materials you may need might be a yoga mat and/or a therband, but no previous experience with ballet required. 

Come with comfortable clothes, socks or bare feet, and get ready to dance and sweat! We wil have coloring books for the littles who might not last the entire class :)
