Dance and Slay, Adults
Get your body moving as we learn some of the latest IG and Tik Tok dance challenges and trendy dance moves. Get your cardio up and stress levels down as we begin with a 5 min warm-up, then a 15 min cardio dance burn to get our bodies warm and ready to slay these Tik Tok and IG trends. Lastly, we'll do a breezy cool-down. Come 'Slay" with me!
